Pedicure in Ljubljana
Properly finished toenails, by the Russian method. Gel polish €30, gel €35.
At a pedicure we work the cuticle by the Russian method, shorten and shape the nails, and apply colour of your choice.
Two options
- Gel polish — €30. Cuticle work by the Russian method, nails shortened, colour applied. Lasts two to three weeks.
- Gel — €35. As well as the grooming and colour, the nails are strengthened with gel and the big toes rebuilt into a proper square shape.
The Russian method
The cuticle is worked dry, with an e-file, with no soaking. The edge is cleaner for it and stays neat for longer.
Important before your visit
What we do is a cosmetic pedicure. If you have an ingrown nail, thickened nails, a fungal infection, corns, or hard skin that needs removing, please see a medical pedicurist before coming to us. We do not treat those conditions.

The Russian method on toes too
The cuticle is worked dry, with an e-file, with no soaking. Because we do not cut the cuticle the edge is not ragged and stays neat longer; because we do not soak the feet the skin does not swell, so the work is more precise.
How long it lasts, and when to come back
Gel polish on toes holds for two to three weeks, gel longer. Toenails grow more slowly than fingernails, so the gap between appointments is usually longer — every four to six weeks suits most clients.
Rebuilding the big toes
With the gel option (€35) the big toes are, where needed, rebuilt into a proper square shape. That makes sense when the big toenail is too short, uneven, or has not grown back into a good shape after an injury.
Cosmetic, not medical
What we do is a cosmetic pedicure. Ingrown nails, thickened nails, fungal infections, corns and hard skin that needs removing we do not treat — those belong with a medical pedicurist. If you are not sure, call us before the appointment; we would rather send you to the right place than do something that does not fix the problem.
Hygiene
Toenails are more often exposed to fungal infection, so sanding bits are single-use and metal tools go through cleaning, disinfection and sterilisation. The whole procedure is described under hygiene and sterilisation.
Before you come
- Come with no polish on, unless we applied it.
- There is no need to soak your feet beforehand — we work dry.
- Do wash your feet before coming — then we can start straight away.
