Terms and conditions

This is a translation, provided for convenience. The legally binding version of this document is the Slovenian one — Splošni pogoji poslovanja. If the two differ, the Slovenian text applies.
These terms apply to the booking and provision of services by Dior Nail Studio, Dunajska c. 13, 1000 Ljubljana, and to use of the dior.si website. By booking an appointment you confirm that you have read them and agree to them.
Booking an appointment
You can book through the online system on the Bookingpage, by email at info@dior.si or by phone on 064 277 047. Online booking requires a user account. A booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation by email.
We work by appointment — available times are shown in the online system when you book.
Cancelling and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before it starts, either in your account on the My appointments page, or by telling us in good time by email or phone.
Please tell us in good time. An appointment left unfilled is lost time for the studio and for the client who could otherwise have taken it.
If you are late, we will carry out the service in whatever time remains, or it may have to be rescheduled. The price is not reduced because of lateness.
Refund of the deposit. If you paid a deposit when booking and you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the start, we refund the deposit in full, by the same means it was paid. If you cancel later or do not attend, we retain the deposit as compensation for the reserved and unused appointment.
Prices and payment
Current prices are published on the price list and are stated in euros. The price depends on the service chosen, the length of the nails and the complexity of any nail art; the final price is determined when the service is carried out. We reserve the right to change prices; for appointments already confirmed, the price that applied at the time of booking applies.
The service is paid for after it is carried out, in the studio, or you may pay in advance online by payment card or digital wallet.
Deposit on a first booking. Registering an account and viewing free appointments carry no obligation and no charge. On a first online booking a new client is charged a €20 deposit, payable when the appointment is confirmed; until the deposit is paid the booking is not complete. The deposit is deducted in full from the price of the service and is not an additional charge — at the visit you pay only the difference. It applies solely to a first booking; clients who have already had an appointment do not pay it.
Carrying out the service
Before every set of extensions we treat and prepare the natural nail and carry out a Russian manicure. For pedicures we offer gel polish or gel on the toes and cuticle work; for hard skin and nail treatment, please see a medical pedicurist beforehand.
If you have a skin or nail condition, an injury, an allergy to any of the materials used, or you are pregnant, tell us before the service begins. Where there are health reasons against it, we may decline to carry out the service.
Complaints
If gel lifts, a nail breaks, or another fault appears in the first days after the service, tell us as soon as possible — normally within seven days. A fault arising from our work is put right free of charge. Repair of a single nail resulting from mechanical damage or ordinary wear is charged according to the price list.
Durability also depends on how your nails grow and on care at home, so we cannot guarantee any particular period.
Your account
Online booking requires a user account. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. You may delete the account at any time by writing to us at info@dior.si.
Data protection
We process personal data as described in the privacy policy.
Dispute resolution
We resolve any disputes by agreement. Where that is not possible, the competent court is in Ljubljana under the law of the Republic of Slovenia. The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025, so we no longer refer to it. In accordance with the Act governing out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, we do not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to resolve a dispute a consumer might bring. Consumer protection is supervised by the Market Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. For any given booking, the version published when it was confirmed applies. The current version is always published on this page.
