Why we ask for a review
When someone in Ljubljana searches for “nail extensions”, Google decides which studios to show on the map on three counts: how well we match the query, how close we are to the searcher, and how prominent we are. It is that last one where the number of reviews and the average rating count.
For a chain of salons that is a detail. For an independent studio it is the difference between a new client finding us and not.
So we ask: if you were happy, leave us a review. If you were not, tell us directly instead — we will put right whatever can be put right.
Why there are not many reviews
The studio at Dunajska cesta 13 in Ljubljana is small and works slowly — one client at a time, by appointment. That means fewer visits a week than a salon with several chairs, and so fewer reviews. We would rather have five from clients who come back all year than fifty from people who passed through once.
What to look at while there are few
The fairest measure is the work itself. The gallery holds photographs of nails we did ourselves — not a catalogue and not bought stock. What each service covers and how long it takes is under services, and prices are on the price list.
If you want to know what happens to the tools before your visit, that is described under hygiene and sterilisation. It is a question clients rarely ask out loud, and the answer says more than many a review.
Najboljši studio v Ljubljani. Nohti zdržijo cel mesec.
Zelo natančno delo in prijazna Luna.
Hvala <3
Every review comes from the studio's Google profile, where you can leave yours too.
